Was Justin Bieber a victim of profiling?

So apparently now some are suggesting that Bieber was profiled and that's why he was pulled over.  Personally this Bieber kid.  Is he doing strange things?  Not really - was everyone reading this acting like an angel at his age?  Regardless, I'm not fond of the drinking and reckless driving.  Some are saying he was profiled.  It's not hard to get profiled when you're driving a car like a Lamborghini or Ferrari - but that doesn't exclude you from the law.
